The Town of Manchester allocated a portion of its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for a grant program in support of facade rehabilitation in Manchester's midtown business district.

The Main Street "Midtown" Facade Improvement Grant Program applies to buildings located along Main Street between Center Street and Middle Turnpike, including the northern side of the Middle Turnpike/Main Street intersection.  To download program description in .pdf format >click here.
