Sheldon
Road/Parker Street
The
Sheldon Road and Parker Street corridor is the main industrial
street servicing the Manchester Business Park. There are
properties located directly off of Sheldon Road, including
existing industrial buildings and some industrial land.
This street was built by the Town in order to open this
northeastern section to industrial development in the late
1960's. It parallels Connecticut Route 83 and provides easy
access to exit 63 on Interstate 84.
